Within 3 days of sending email to Rich at RH doors and shutters, he visited our store to look at repairing a window shutter. Very professional, clean and tidy and knew exactly what he was doing. I have had a few dealings with Rich at RH Doors and Shutters after being referred to him by my door manufacturer who weren't much help themselves.

He managed to obtain an obscure part for my door and gave answers to my countless questions.

He then helped with more advice and information when my fobs failed to open the door, getting them back working for me.

I cannot recommend RH Doors & Shutters highly enough. Even before I spent a penny Rich was happy to answer my never ending technical enquires via email. After Rich identified and supplied the components I needed. I completed a self install and now have a working garage door again with new control box and remotes.
