We retrofitted a remote control system to an existing roller shutter door.

A simple upgrade that adds convenience.

The customer wanted the facility for delivery drivers to be able to open and close the door out of hours, without opening the rest of the building to do so. This can be difficult on panels that are 3-phase powered, such as large industrial doors.

We added a remote control receiver including numerous remote fobs for them. This allows full control of the industrial door from outside. And importantly still operates in the correct “Dead man” way, for safety. If the button is released, the door immediately stops.

This allows for smoother operation of the clients business.
